I am writing to highly recommend Ginjiro Mantani who has been an outstanding au pair / part time Nanny for our family from March 2023 onwards, Gin has worked both full time covering school holidays and with us now two days per week.

During this period, Gin has demonstrated exceptional care, dedication, and love for our children, as well as being proactive in help for me to clean tidy and support with meal prep and has become an integral part of our household.

Gin is responsible for caring for two children, aged five and three. From the very first day, he has impressed with his professional attitude, willingness to help, warmth, and ability to engage with our children in a meaningful and fun way.

One of my daughters has emotional and development delays and Gin has been patient, understanding and able to manger meltdowns but also be away of a need to control unsafe behaviors and risk taking.

His key responsibilities included:

Helping with preparing meals, helping with tidying up the house, helping with hoovering, bed changing, swimming with the children’s, supervising park play, supporting bathtime and bed time routines.

Gin is able to collect the children from the day care and after school clubs and safely responsibly bring the children home.

For additional Household tasks is I have washing to fold and put away Gin just does this as well as assisting with any light housework he identifies and asks if I like done to help me in maintaining a clean and organized living space.

Beyond these responsibilities, Gin has connected well with the children, so much so they look forward to Gins days and the fun and energy her brings.

In summary, Gin has been an exceptional and I feel incredibly fortunate to have him as part of our family his is capable, and dependable caregiver.
