About me

Hello! I’m Gin, a 23 year old from Japan.  I love children very much. I’m bright, energetic, caring and punctual. I can confidently stay composed even in tough situations. I have looked after children between 1 to 6 years old in Sydney, including kids with ADHD, ASD. I met wonderful families and received many compliments from them when I finished working. That’s the best thing for me, and why I have started the service. I will look after your child with love and compassion. I want everyone who uses my help to be happy.

I am writing to highly recommend Ginjiro Mantani who has been an outstanding au pair / part time Nanny for our family from March 2023 onwards, Gin has worked both full time covering school holidays and with us now two days per week.

During this period, Gin has demonstrated exceptional care, dedication, and love for our children, as well as being proactive in help for me to clean tidy and support with meal prep and has become an integral part of our household.

Gin is responsible for caring for two children, aged five and three. From the very first day, he has impressed with his professional attitude, willingness to help, warmth, and ability to engage with our children in a meaningful and fun way.

One of my daughters has emotional and development delays and Gin has been patient, understanding and able to manger meltdowns but also be away of a need to control unsafe behaviors and risk taking.

His key responsibilities included:

Helping with preparing meals, helping with tidying up the house, helping with hoovering, bed changing, swimming with the children’s, supervising park play, supporting bathtime and bed time routines.

Gin is able to collect the children from the day care and after school clubs and safely responsibly bring the children home.

For additional Household tasks is I have washing to fold and put away Gin just does this as well as assisting with any light housework he identifies and asks if I like done to help me in maintaining a clean and organized living space.

Beyond these responsibilities, Gin has connected well with the children, so much so they look forward to Gins days and the fun and energy her brings.

In summary, Gin has been an exceptional and I feel incredibly fortunate to have him as part of our family his is capable, and dependable caregiver.

Gin has been looking after my children (6m, 3f) since late 2023.

He has been an amazing addition to the family. His attentiveness and creativity with the children has been a lifesaver when I am busy but don’t want them on their screens, keeping them focused on games and activities. I have taken Gin with me to events like the Easter show and it has been so helpful. Gin is always on time through rain, hail or shine (and it has rained a lot!). I especially like that Gin is super active which was really good for my son. Just running around and playing soccer, being outdoors at the playground or at the shops gives my kids some time to play outside.

Gin is very friendly and patient.

My kid loves to play with him and always looks forward to seeing his. Gin helps my kid do the homework and plays with him so could keep him stay away from screen. I highly recommend Gin!

I can recommend Gin who has looked after my active 3 year old boy. He is very reliable, polite, on time and clearly enjoys looking after kids. He was able to get my boy interested in magnetic tiles he has had for ages and never played with. He has also been very helpful in last minute emergency situations where we have needed assistance, even rearranging his own plans. We are very grateful and do not hesitate to recommend him.

Gin is taking

care of our two kids (1,5 and 4,5 years old). He is great with the children, very active and they love him. Gin is very punctual and reliable. He is also very flexible to help you around the house or other things that busy parents need.
